Widely published in the area of clinical epidemiology especially in big data analysis of cataract surgery, Dr Nigel Morlet also has a keen research interest in phaco instrument design, particularly high performance needles. With over 20 years experience in cataract and refractive surgery, and recipient of the Royal College of Surgeons Cutler's Prize for instrument design, Dr Morlet brings a unique perspective to phaco instrumentation.
